Vinh School Trade Union presents gifts, grasps difficulties of workers
Nghe An - Truong Vinh Ward Trade Union implements the program "Coming to workers' boarding rooms", directly grasping the lives and jobs of workers.
On May 5, the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that in response to Workers' Month 2026, the Trade Union of Truong Vinh ward organized the program "Coming to Workers' Boarding Rooms" to grasp the lives of workers.
At boarding houses, trade union officials directly meet, exchange, and record information about jobs, income, living conditions as well as specific difficulties of union members and workers. On-site access helps trade unions closely grasp the situation, as a basis for proposing solutions to care for and protect workers' rights in accordance with actual needs.
According to the Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation, the activity clearly shows the innovation method of the trade union organization, not waiting for feedback but proactively reaching union members, taking practice as a basis for action.
On this occasion, the Trade Union of Truong Vinh Ward presented 5 gifts, each worth 800,000 VND, to union members in difficult circumstances belonging to Em-Tech Vietnam Co., Ltd. Branch in Nghe An, contributing to timely support in daily life.
The program is a specific step to help trade unions get closer, provide closer support, thereby continuing to affirm the role of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers in the area.
