Khanh Hoa Trade Union promotes digital communication, bringing policies closer to workers

On the afternoon of June 23, the Labor Federation (LDF) of Khanh Hoa province organized a signing ceremony for a program to coordinate propaganda with Lao Dong Newspaper and Khanh Hoa Radio and Television Newspaper.

The program aims to strengthen information and propaganda about trade union activities, the movement of workers, civil servants, and laborers.

At the same time, spreading good models, creative and effective ways of caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

According to the signed content, Lao Dong Newspaper and Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation will coordinate to implement many columns related to the practical life of workers.

In which, the "After-hours" column aims to reflect the cultural, spiritual, and community activities of workers after working hours; introduce cultural, sports, and club models at grassroots trade unions, contributing to building a positive and cohesive working environment.

Another important content is to coordinate the distribution of Lao Dong Newspaper to grassroots trade unions, strengthen the identification of Trade Union newspapers in places with large concentrations of union members and workers.

In addition to propaganda work, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation and Lao Dong Newspaper will coordinate to organize social programs, activities to support union members and workers in difficult circumstances, support in natural disasters and the annual "Tet gifts for poor patients" program.

For Khanh Hoa Radio and Television Newspaper, the coordinated content focuses on topics reflecting workers' lives, labor relations, welfare programs, good labor examples, creative labor and the legitimate thoughts and aspirations of workers.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Bui Hoai Nam - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province, Chairman of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation - said that after the merger, the operating area is wider, the number of establishments increases, while the resources of trade union officials are still facing many difficulties.

Therefore, strengthening coordination with media agencies is an important solution for trade union activities to go deeper.

According to Mr. Bui Hoai Nam, in the coming time, Khanh Hoa Trade Union will focus on building columns such as "After work", "My life story told" to reflect more deeply the stories of union members and workers; and at the same time support trade union officials to improve communication skills and convey information more effectively.

Along with that, Khanh Hoa Trade Union continues to promote digital transformation in union member management, strengthen interaction and online answering, build widespread communication programs, contributing to the goal of building a pioneering working class in the province's economic development.

The signing of a communication coordination program with press agencies is expected to contribute to improving information efficiency, bringing the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws, trade union activities, and typical models closer to workers... Thereby, building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization, becoming a reliable support for union members.
