From October 1, 2026, relatives of martyrs receiving DNA test results will be supported with food and accommodation expenses

Clause 9, Article 12, Decree 321/2026/ND-CP stipulates the level of benefits, allowances and preferential regimes for people with meritorious services to the revolution (effective from October 1, 2026), stipulating the organization of the ceremony to announce the results of martyrs' remains as follows:

a) Organize a ceremony to announce the results of martyrs' remains: content and expenditure level according to current regulations on conference organization;

b) Supporting relatives of martyrs or members of martyrs' families to receive DNA test results: the level of support for food, accommodation, and travel is implemented according to the current working expenses regime (support up to 02 people). In case relatives of martyrs receive 02 or more DNA test results at the same place organizing the announcement ceremony, the support level is calculated as receiving 01 DNA test result.

Thus, from October 1, 2026, relatives of martyrs who receive DNA test results will be supported with food, accommodation, and travel expenses according to the above regulations.
