Article 9, Decree 321/2026/ND-CP stipulates the level of benefits, allowances and preferential regimes for people with meritorious services to the revolution (effective from October 1, 2026), stipulates support for visiting martyrs' graves as follows:
Subjects, principles and conditions for visiting martyrs' graves are implemented according to regulations with travel and meal allowance calculated according to the distance from the place of residence to the martyr's grave (maximum 3 people): 5,000 VND/km/person.
Thus, from October 1, 2026, the level of support for visiting martyrs' graves is 5,000 VND/km/person.
