In Ha Tinh, based on Resolution 03/2026/NQ-HDND of the Provincial People's Council Regulating the allowance level, concurrent employment and the allowance level for concurrent employment of non-specialized personnel in villages and residential groups, then:

The Resolution also stipulates concurrent tenure and enjoyment of concurrent tenure allowances:

Non-specialized personnel in villages and residential groups are allowed to concurrently hold positions participating in activities in villages and residential groups; positions participating in activities in villages and residential groups are allowed to concurrently hold positions participating in other activities in villages and residential groups and are entitled to 100% of the support level of concurrent positions.

One person is only allowed to concurrently hold a maximum of 02 positions and ensure good completion of tasks in assigned positions.

The arrangement of concurrent tenure and payment of concurrent tenure allowances must ensure the right subjects, the right titles, in accordance with task requirements, the right funding sources and not exceed the scope of regimes and policies specified in this Resolution, unless otherwise provided by law.
