Regarding this issue, the Ministry of Home Affairs answers as follows:
Implementing Resolution No. 66/12/2026/NQ-CP dated January 26, 2026 of the Government, the Ministry of Home Affairs has coordinated with ministries, branches, and localities to develop and submit to the Government for promulgation Resolution No. 167/NQ-CP dated June 26, 2026 on the application of staff streamlining policies for people working at the Military Command of communes, wards, and special zones who quit their jobs due to the reorganization of the Military Command of communes, wards, and special zones.
At the same time, assigning the People's Committees of provinces and centrally-run cities to direct and implement, ensuring completion before September 1, 2026.
