Dong Nai province conducts a trial operation of 5 new communes and wards

On June 13, Dong Nai organized a trial operation of the commune-level government (PC and UBND) in 5 new communes and wards after the reorganization, including: Phuoc Tan ward, Tan Trieu ward, Dai Phuoc commune, Xuan Loc commune and Phu Lam commune.

The implementation period is from June 13 to June 20, then organize a preliminary review, assessment, experience training and overcome problems arising during the trial operation.

From June 20 to June 30, continue to organize a trial operation of the activities of commune-level authorities (PCs and People's Committees) in 55 new communes and wards after the arrangement (including 5 localities before the preliminary review). Then, conduct a summary, evaluation, experience drawing, ensure local government after the end of district-level operations and arrange commune-level administrative units smoothly, continuously, effectively and efficiently after officially operating.

On June 13, speaking with a reporter from Lao Dong newspaper, Mr. Ha Thanh Tung - Deputy Director of the Department of Home Affairs said that regarding the organization and testing of the activities of commune-level authorities (PCs and UBNDs) in 5 new communes and wards after the arrangement, first of all, the operations of Party committees and authorities.

For the Party Committee, the Provincial Party Committee has just announced the personnel policy for the Party Committee of 5 communes and wards for testing and will hold the first meeting of the new term government committee; the People's Council will conduct a trial operation of the first session, the People's Committee will hold the first meeting.

Next is the operation of direction and management, there will be hypothetical situations, departments, branches, sectors, and the Provincial People's Committee will " pour" data into the People's Committees at the newly formed communes and wards to operate the handling of directive documents, ensuring the trial operation smoothly of the government apparatus.

Next is the trial operation of the public administrative center with assumptions about the procedures for people and businesses to submit online to ensure connectivity.

Mr. Tung also added that the trial operation is based on hypothetical situations, currently 159 commune-level administrative units in the province are still operating normally.
