Opening a 30% billion VND road creates momentum for new urban development
Hanoi - The Hanoi People's Committee has just approved the investment policy for the road connecting the administrative area and urban area with a total capital of more than 301 billion VND.
On March 26, the Hanoi People's Committee issued Decision No. 1739/QD-UBND approving the investment policy for the project to build a road connecting the East of the district administrative area to Road 2.5 under the planning of the new urban area of Thinh Liet, Hoang Mai District.
According to this decision, the Hanoi People's Committee assigned the Hoang Mai District People's Committee as the investor. The project is expected to be implemented from 2025 with a total investment of 301 billion VND.
The goal of the project is to complete the regional traffic network, connect Tan Mai Street, the road east of the district administrative area and 2.5 Street; contribute to reducing traffic congestion, especially on main routes such as Phap Van - Cau Gie and Ring Road 2.5. In addition, the project also promotes the development of urban infrastructure, creating momentum for the new urban area of Thinh Liet and neighboring areas. The project belongs to a level II traffic project, with a total length of about 0.955 km, a cross-section of 30 m. The investment items include: construction of foundation, a level A1 asphalt road surface; technical infrastructure system such as rainwater drainage, wastewater drainage, water supply, electricity supply, lighting; tree system, sidewalks, technical cages and cable arrangement.
