Khanh Hoa - The first working day of the new two-level government of Khanh Hoa province began with a solemn flag-raising ceremony at Nha Trang 2/4 Square.
On the morning of July 1, at April 2 Square in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee held a flag-raising ceremony for July 2025, with the theme of Khanh Hoa firmly entering a new era.
Nearly 1,300 cadres, civil servants, public employees, and workers representing agencies, units, and armed forces of the whole province attended the first flag-raising ceremony, the first working day of the new Khanh Hoa province, and the two new local governments.
Not to help but feel moved when experiencing the historic moment on July 1, Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary - Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh - shared: "The flag-raising ceremony on the first day of July this year has a very special meaning, marking a historic milestone, a sacred and important moment of the nation - when the whole country officially simultaneously operates a two-level local government system - a new administrative structure, aiming to perfect a modern, constructive, close-to-people, close-to-people, for the people to serve, all benefits belong to the people".
According to Mr. Nghiem Xuan Thanh, "Khanh Hoa province today witnessed an important event, entering the history of the province. The opening moment for a new period when Ninh Thuan and Khanh Hoa provinces officially merge into one, the entire political system of the new Khanh Hoa province begins its first working day with the 2-level local government model. Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Secretary also emphasized: "Khanh Hoa today gathered in all good times, good times, and peace.
