Hai Phong arranges more than 400 apartments for cadres in Hai Duong to rent after the merger

Implement Resolution No. 60-NQ/TW dated April 12, 2025 of the 11th Conference of the 13th Party Central Committee, in which it is expected to merge Hai Duong province and Hai Phong city, renamed Hai Phong city, the current Political - Administrative Center in Hai Phong city.

In the face of the above situation, in order to support cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in Hai Duong province (abbreviated as cadres of Hai Duong) to have a place to live to work stably at the City's Political - Administrative Center, the Chairman of the City People's Committee has just commented in Document 2881/VP-QH requesting Thai - Holding Joint Stock Company to arrange 1 Block (about more than 400 apartments) in the Social Housing Project at Lac Vien General warehouse 3 (No. 142 Le Lai) in May Chai Ward and Cau Tre Ward, Ngo Quyen District for Hai Duong cadres to rent for a period of 2-3 years. After the above deadline, the investor will continue to sell social housing according to regulations.

The Chairman of the City People's Committee also requested CRV Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company to soon start construction of apartment buildings combined with commercial services (33-storey building) on plots of land from HH1 to HH4 in the Do Muoi Street area extended on May 13, 2025 and complete on May 13, 2027; when opening for sale, priority will be given to Hai Duong's staff.

The Department of Construction of Hai Phong City guides and urges Thai - Holding Joint Stock Company and CRV Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company to implement the above contents. At the same time, coordinate with the Department of Construction of Hai Duong province to synthesize needs, discuss with investors and report to the City People's Committee.
