Supervising the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations at the workplace

From September 16 to October 1, 2025, the Bac Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor will organize 2 monitoring delegations to supervise the implementation of grassroots democracy regulations at the workplace and the implementation of the provisions of the 2019 Labor Code on organizing dialogue, collective bargaining, signing and implementing collective labor agreements; regulations on the implementation of the Trade Union Law at 29 units and enterprises in Bac Ninh province.

In which, focusing on monitoring the implementation of enterprises in developing and promulgating the Grassroots Democracy Regulations at the workplace; other relevant regulations; implementation and organization of grassroots democracy implementation of enterprises; dissemination of Grassroots Democracy Regulations at the workplace of enterprises to the collective of employees.

The delegation also supervised the collective bargaining, signing and implementation of collective labor agreements: Steps in the process of collective bargaining, signing and implementing collective labor agreements and provisions more favorable than the Labor Code; the implementation of regulations on the Trade Union Law...

Through supervision work under Decision No. 217-QD/TW, it contributes to promoting the role of trade unions in social supervision and criticism. Supervision and criticism activities basically ensure the steps according to regulations, closely following the grassroots, through timely supervision and recommendations to business owners to better implement the provisions of labor law and the Trade Union Law, contributing to protecting the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers.
