Khanh Hoa supervises 21 enterprises on labor and trade unions
Khanh Hoa - Khanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation organizes supervision of the implementation of a number of regulations on labor law and the Trade Union Law at enterprises.
From October 2-10, the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) organized a supervision of the implementation of a number of regulations on labor law and the Trade Union Law at 21 enterprises in the province.
Previously, the Standing Committee of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor issued a monitoring plan and decided to establish a monitoring team at the enterprise in 2025.
This is one of the activities to promote the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members, workers, civil servants and laborers.
The supervision content focuses on the coordination of propaganda of the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws related to trade unions, workers, the Trade Union Law 2024, the Charter of Vietnam Trade Union and other regulations of the Trade Union.
The creation of favorable conditions for trade unions at all levels to develop union members, establish grassroots trade unions, and improve the operational efficiency of grassroots trade unions in non-state enterprises.
The delegation also supervised the implementation of State management functions in the labor sector such as labor contracts, collective labor agreements, salary regimes, legal regulations for female workers, ensuring gender equality, elderly workers, disabled workers, underage workers, etc.
Handling violations of the law and handling complaints and denunciations about labor.
According to the leader of the Khanh Hoa Provincial Federation of Labor, through supervision activities, it helps functional agencies and trade unions at all levels grasp the advantages, difficulties, advantages, and shortcomings in the implementation of labor laws in enterprises.
Timely grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers to report, recommend, and propose to competent authorities to consider resolving and implementing labor laws and the Trade Union Law well, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
