Another grassroots trade union established in Phu Tho

Previously, through propaganda and mobilization, 68 workers working at the Center voluntarily joined the Vietnam Trade Union organization.

The Congress announced the decision to establish the Grassroots Trade Union of the Hanoi Center for Nursing People with Meritorious Services and elected the Executive Committee for the term 2026 - 2030, consisting of 5 comrades.

At the congress, delegates agreed on the grassroots trade union's operating program in the coming time, focusing on caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of union members and workers.

Coordinate with the government to effectively implement regimes and policies related to workers; improve the material and spiritual life and improve working conditions for officials and employees of the Center.

In addition, the grassroots trade union will promote patriotic emulation movements, promote democracy at the grassroots level, actively develop union members, build strong trade union organizations; regularly propagate and disseminate the Party's guidelines, policies, and laws of the State to union members and workers; and actively participate in movements launched by higher-level trade unions.
