More grassroots trade unions established in Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Tay Ninh

At Beauty Linking Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Phuoc Dong Industrial Park, Gia Loc ward, Tay Ninh province), the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation coordinated with the Mobilization Committee to organize the Congress to establish the grassroots Trade Union of Beauty Linking Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Beauty Linking Vietnam Co., Ltd. is a 100% foreign-invested enterprise, operating in the field of faux hair production. The enterprise started operating in August 2025 and currently has 59 employees.

At the congress, the Mobilization Committee reported on the process of propaganda and mobilization of workers to learn about the Vietnam Trade Union organization, the rights and obligations of trade union members as well as the role of the trade union in representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.

As a result, all 59 employees working at the company voluntarily applied to join the Vietnam Trade Union and agreed to establish a grassroots trade union at the enterprise according to the provisions of the Trade Union Law and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.

Speaking at the congress, representatives of the Tay Ninh Provincial Labor Federation congratulated the collective of workers and businesses for completing the procedures for establishing grassroots trade unions. At the same time, superior trade union leaders requested the Trade Union Executive Committee after launching to quickly develop an activity program, promote the role of representing and caring for the material and spiritual life of union members and workers; contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations at enterprises.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union for the 2026-2030 term, including 3 members. Mr. Vo Nguyen Dai Phat was trusted to be elected to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union.

The Executive Committee also elected the Inspection Committee consisting of 3 members. Mr. Vo Duy Tinh was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the Inspection Committee of the grassroots Trade Union.

The establishment of the grassroots Trade Union of Beauty Linking Vietnam Co., Ltd. marks a step forward in the work of gathering workers at foreign-invested enterprises in Tay Ninh province, contributing to expanding the network of trade union organizations, improving the efficiency of caring for and protecting the rights of workers.
