On September 13, the Quang Ngai Provincial Labor Federation said that the unit had just announced the decision to establish two grassroots trade unions (CĐCS) under the Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union. Accordingly, the Provincial Labor Federation decided to recognize 36 employees at Sang Thu Song Tra Trading Joint Stock Company as Trade Union members, from August 1, 2026. The company is currently located at No. 10, Ba Trieu Street, Nghia Lo Ward, Quang Ngai Province.
The Provincial Labor Federation decided to recognize 30 employees at An Phat Environment - Agriculture Co., Ltd. (Nghia Giang commune, Quang Ngai province) as Trade Union members, from July 17, 2026.
At the announcement ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Trang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation said that the establishment of grassroots trade unions has the purpose of accompanying the development of businesses and workers.
In recent years, Party committees and authorities at all levels in Quang Ngai province have always paid attention to and prioritized creating conditions for businesses to develop, including the Trade Union organization, in order to build a strong and modern working class.
Many business owners also pay attention to and create conditions for workers and laborers to establish grassroots trade unions. This clearly shows the company's concern as well as the position and indispensable role of the Trade Union in each business.
The Trade Union will proactively grasp the ideological and life situation of union members to promptly care for them, especially those in difficult circumstances, vulnerable, with young children, and those with elderly and weak relatives who are sick.
Thereby, encouraging workers and laborers to feel secure, actively participate in labor and production emulation, and unite in activities with the motto "Business is home, colleagues are brothers".
