Establishment of grassroots trade union in Ngai Giao commune at the beginning of the new year

On February 24, Ngai Giao Commune Trade Union (HCMC) said that it had cooperated with businesses to organize the launch ceremony of the grassroots Trade Union of Broad - Ocean Motor Co., Ltd. in Chau Duc Industrial Park, Ngai Giao commune.

In the program, the Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Ho Chi Minh City Labor Federation on recognizing the newly established Grassroots Trade Union of Broad - Ocean Motor Co., Ltd. (Ba Ria Vung Tau); at the same time, recognizing 58 employees of the company as trade union members.

The Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union is appointed to include 5 members, of which Ms. Thai Thi Ny holds the position of Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union; along with the Inspection Committee of the grassroots Trade Union including 3 members, chaired by Ms. Nguyen Thi Mai Diem.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lan - Chairwoman of Ngai Giao Commune Trade Union - congratulated the newly established grassroots Trade Union, emphasizing the role and responsibility of the trade union organization in the enterprise. At the same time, she requested the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union to closely coordinate with the company's leaders to perform well the task of representing and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers, contributing to improving production and business efficiency, increasing income, stabilizing jobs and caring for the material and spiritual life of union members.

On this occasion, leaders of the Fatherland Front Committee of Ngai Giao commune and the company presented lucky money envelopes, sending messages of prosperity, cohesion and encouragement to union members and workers.
