Establishment of the Quang Ninh Gate 2 Independent Preschool Class Grassroots Trade Union

At the program, the Mao Khe Ward Trade Union announced the Decision of the Quang Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) on recognizing the Quang Ninh Gate 2 Independent Preschool Class Grassroots Trade Union (CDCS) and positions in the Executive Committee (EC) for the 2025-2028 term.

According to the decision, the grassroots trade union is under the guidance and management of the Mao Khe Ward Trade Union.

After being established, the grassroots trade union has legal status, its own seal and account; performs functions and tasks according to the provisions of law and the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.

The Provincial Federation of Labor recognizes the Executive Committee and key positions in the Executive Committee of the Quang Ninh Gate 2 Independent Preschool Class Trade Union elected at the Trade Union Establishment Conference on July 30, 2025.

Ms. Pham Thi Ngoc Thu was elected as Chairwoman of the Trade Union. The Executive Committee of the Trade Union operates according to the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, responsible for assigning tasks, developing plans and implementing trade union activities from the date of recognition.

On this occasion, the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor also issued a decision to recognize 23 union members as official members of the Quang Ninh Gate 2 Independent Preschool Class Trade Union.

The grassroots trade union will be a bridge between workers and the Board of Directors and related organizations, contributing to protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of cadres, teachers and employees; improving the material and spiritual life of union members.
