Red Sunday in Tuan Chau, Quang Ninh has 195 units of blood donated
Quang Ninh - On August 24, the Fatherland Front Committee of Tuan Chau Ward coordinated with Quang Ninh Obstetrics and Pediatrics Hospital to organize the voluntary blood donation program "Red Sunday".
The activity is a highlight in the series of events to successfully celebrate the 1st Tuan Chau Ward Party Congress, term 2025-2030; towards the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front (VFF) of the ward, term 2025-2030 and the Party Congresses and Congresses of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels.
With the message "Every drop of blood given - A life left behind", the program attracted a large number of union members, youth, workers and laborers in the area to participate.
The atmosphere of blood donation took place enthusiastically, filled with the spirit of sharing and community responsibility.
The program received 195 units of blood. This valuable blood source will be promptly supplemented into the province's blood bank, serving the emergency and treatment of patients, especially children and people with serious illnesses.
