Establishment of uti Vina Company Limited's Trade Union

Attending and directing the Congress were leaders of the Trade Union Board of Phu Tho Industrial Park, Vinh Phuc area, the Company's Board of Directors and 341 employees.

The Congress discussed and agreed on the direction of trade union activities in the first stage of establishment, focusing on key contents such as: Building a strong trade union organization, promoting the role of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers;

Strengthen dialogue and supervision of the implementation of labor laws and collective labor agreements;

Organize an emulation movement in production and business associated with improving the material and spiritual life of union members.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the first grassroots trade union, consisting of 7 people. The new Executive Committee is committed to solidarity, responsibility, promoting the role of trade unions in FDI enterprises, building a stable, progressive and harmonious working environment.

In his speech, the leaders of the Phu Tho Industrial Park Trade Union congratulated the establishment of the company's grassroots trade union. This is an important milestone in developing union members, establishing trade unions in enterprises, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.
