Thai Nguyen Provincial Federation of Labor establishes another grassroots union

The conference was attended by Mr. Doan Manh Thang - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, Head of the Industrial Park Trade Union; Mr. Pham Hai Duong - Director of the Company; and representatives of relevant departments and offices.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Doan Manh Thang highly appreciated the company's coordination in building a trade union organization. At the same time, he expressed his confidence that the grassroots trade union executive committee will soon improve the organization and effectively implement the activities. Thereby, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.

Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor Doan Manh Thang suggested that the company's leaders continue to pay attention and create favorable conditions for the trade union to promote its role well in the coming time.

The establishment of the New Mexico Food Company Limited Trade Union has admitted 41 new union members, contributing to expanding the organization, strengthening the role of representation, caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers in the enterprise.

This is a meaningful and practical milestone to successfully celebrate the 1st Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Thai Nguyen province; compete to achieve the 1st Congress of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Trade Union.
