Tay Ninh - On October 31, Trang Bang hyper Shine Shoes Co., Ltd. Vietnam held a congress to establish a grassroots trade union.

Attending and directing the Congress was Mr. Nguyen Trong Danh - Deputy Head of the Tay Ninh Industrial Park Trade Union.

Trang Bang hyper Shine Shoes Vietnam Co., Ltd. officially came into operation in June 2025, specializing in the production of exported shoes. Immediately after stabilizing production, 252 workers voluntarily applied to join the trade union, demonstrating the spirit of solidarity and awareness of building an organization of workers in the enterprise.

At the Congress, workers discussed and contributed opinions to the direction of activities for the new term, focusing on taking care of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers; building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union consisting of 5 members, of which Ms. Diep Ha Trang was elected to hold the position of Chairwoman of the grassroots trade union.
