Thai Nguyen Labor Federation establishes another grassroots trade union

Attending and presenting the Decision were Doan Manh Thang - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation, Head of the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of Thai Nguyen province; representatives of the Board of Directors of Goldyue Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd. and a large number of workers and laborers working at the enterprise.

At the conference, the Provincial Federation of Labor announced the Decision to establish the Trade Union of Goldyue Vietnam Technology Co., Ltd., recognizing the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of 3 people. At the same time, 62 more union members were admitted.

The establishment of grassroots trade unions contributes to expanding the trade union organization in enterprises, creating conditions for workers to be represented, cared for, and protect their legitimate and legal rights and interests.

Speaking at the conference, Mr. Doan Manh Thang expressed his confidence that the grassroots Trade Union Executive Committee will soon stabilize the organization, grasp the situation of union members and workers, and proactively and effectively implement trade union activities at enterprises.

The Vice Chairman of the Thai Nguyen Provincial Federation of Labor also suggested that the company's leaders continue to pay attention, coordinate, and create favorable conditions for the grassroots trade union to operate in accordance with its functions and roles, contributing to building harmonious, stable, and progressive labor relations.

On this occasion, the Thai Nguyen Provincial Federation of Labor presented 10 gifts, each worth 700,000 VND, to union members and workers in difficult circumstances of the company.
