Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor establishes another commune-level union with 20,163 union members
Ninh Binh - Established Nam Hong Commune Trade Union with 38 grassroots unions with a total of 20,163 union members.
The Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor (LDLD) has just held a conference to announce and hand over the decision to establish the Nam Hong Commune Trade Union.
At the conference, representatives of the Ninh Binh Provincial Federation of Labor announced the decisions to establish the Nam Hong Commune Trade Union under the Provincial Federation of Labor from September 5, including 38 grassroots unions with a total of 20,163 union members.
The Nam Hong Commune Trade Union has legal status, its own seal and account according to regulations; fully performs its functions, tasks and powers according to the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union.
The decision appoints the Executive Committee, Standing Committee, Chairman, and Vice Chairman of the Nam Hong Commune Trade Union for the 2023 - 2028 term. The Executive Committee of the Trade Union consists of 13 people, the Standing Committee consists of 3 people. Mr. Nguyen Xuan Nghi was appointed to hold the position of Chairman of the Nam Hong Commune Trade Union.
The conference also announced the decision to transfer 38 grassroots unions with a total of 20,163 union members to the Nam Hong Commune Union to manage, direct and guide union activities.
