Recognizing more grassroots trade unions in Ninh Binh
Ninh Binh - The Provincial Labor Federation has just recognized the Trade Union of the Victory Vietnam Shoes Company Limited Branch.
On September 15, Ms. Dao Xuan Thanh Huyen - Deputy Head of the Industrial Park Trade Union of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province - said that the Ninh Binh Provincial Labor Federation has just issued a decision to recognize the grassroots Trade Union (CDCS) and the Executive Committee of the Trade Union of Victory Vietnam Shoes Company Limited Branch (Hoa Xa Industrial Park, Thanh Nam Ward, Ninh Binh Province).
Victory Vietnam Shoes Company Limited Branch specializes in the production of shoe molds and shoe accessories from TPU iron and plastic.
Ms. Dao Xuan Thanh Huyen - Deputy Head of the Industrial Park Trade Union of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Ninh Binh province - added that the Branch of Victory Vietnam Shoes Company Limited is in the process of going into stable production, and has now attracted a number of workers to work at the company. The establishment of the Trade Union of Victory Vietnam Shoes Company Limited Branch aims to meet the aspirations and wishes of workers.
Through the Trade Union organization, it aims to gather and attract workers and laborers to actively participate in emulation movements for production labor, build harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations, and promote business development.
