Union members and workers in Ninh Binh participate in cleaning up the coast
Ninh Binh - Many union members, workers and laborers in the province participated in the program to plant wave-breaking trees and protect the green sea.
On September 9, Ms. Tran Thi Hue - Chairwoman of the Trade Union of Viet Thuan Garment Company Limited (Hoa Xa Industrial Park, Thanh Nam Ward, Ninh Binh Province) - said that dozens of union members, workers and laborers of the company have just joined Viet My Nam Dinh Company Limited and other units to participate in the program of planting wave-breaking trees and protecting the green sea in the coastal area of Rang Dong Commune, Ninh Binh Province. This is also an activity to join hands to respond to World Environment Day.
Through activities to promote and help union members, workers and laborers raise awareness of environmental issues, especially plastic waste, which is one of the major challenges for sustainable development in the area.
"Not only operating above, our company's grassroots union also regularly organizes propaganda to raise awareness among union members, workers, and laborers about environmental protection awareness, dumping garbage in the right place," said the Chairman of the Trade Union of Viet Thuan Garment Company Limited.
