Instructions for establishing a grassroots trade union at Trang An 2 Candy Company
Nghe An - The Provincial Federation of Labor works with enterprises, guides the procedures for establishing grassroots unions and transferring union members to localities.
On December 16, Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation said that it had just coordinated with Cua Lo Ward Labor Union to work with Trang An 2 - Vietnam Candy Joint Stock Company to grasp the situation of trade union organization at the enterprise.
Currently, union members of Trang An 2 - Vietnam Candy Joint Stock Company are holding union activities in Hanoi. At the meeting, the working group instructed the enterprise on procedures for establishing grassroots trade unions in Nghe An; at the same time, deployed the transfer of union activities of union members to the locality.
The early establishment of grassroots trade unions and stabilization of union members' activities at the location of enterprises headquarters are expected to contribute to improving the effectiveness of caring for and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.
