Gia Lai establishes An Nhon Nam Ward Trade Union
Gia Lai - On October 9, the Provincial Federation of Labor (PFF) announced the decision to establish the An Nhon Nam Ward Trade Union, officially operating from October 3.
After establishment, An Nhon Nam Ward Trade Union managed 47 grassroots trade unions with 3,505 union members in An Nhon Nam Ward and An Nhon Tay Commune.
The Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor also announced the decision to appoint the Executive Committee and Vice Chairman of the An Nhon Nam Ward Trade Union for the 2023 - 2028 term.
Accordingly, Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhu Quynh - an expert of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of An Nhon Nam Ward - was appointed to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the An Nhon Nam Ward Trade Union; the Executive Committee consisted of 7 people.
Up to now, the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor has established 3 commune unions: Phu Cat, Phu My and Tay Son; 10 ward unions: Quy Nhon, Quy Nhon Bac, Quy Nhon Dong, Quy Nhon Nam, Hoai Nhon Nam, Tam Quan, Binh Dinh, An Khe, Ayun Pa and An Nhon Nam. In addition, before the merger, the old Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor established 4 ward unions.
