Gia Lai established a grassroots trade union at Vietnam Catry Company Limited with 42 union members, opening up more pillars to protect workers' rights.
On September 6, the Gia Lai Provincial Federation of Labor announced that it had established a grassroots trade union (CDCS) of Vietnam Catry Company Limited with 42 union members and an Executive Committee of 5 people.
The establishment of the grassroots trade union is considered an important step forward in building a strong trade union organization, representing the legitimate and legal rights and interests of employees at the company.
At the same time, it helps strengthen the connection between workers and businesses, creating favorable conditions for caring for material and spiritual life, building a safe and healthy working environment, promoting sustainable production and business development.
The representative of the Executive Board of the Trade Union of Vietnam Catry Company Limited affirmed that they will operate actively and effectively, coordinate with business leaders in resolving labor-related issues, ensuring that the rights of employees are fully implemented in accordance with legal regulations.
