Announcing the decision to establish the Innogflow Vina Company Trade Union
Thanh Hoa - The Trade Union of Innogflow Vina Co., Ltd. was established with more than 3,000 union members, contributing to consolidating the trade union organization in the enterprise.
On March 27, Thang Binh Commune Trade Union coordinated with Innogflow Vina Co., Ltd. Trade Union (Thanh Hoa province) to organize a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the Company's Trade Union.
Attending the ceremony were Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa - Vice President of Thanh Hoa Provincial Labor Federation, representatives of leaders of Thang Binh and Tuong Linh communes, business leaders and more than 100 union members, representing more than 3,000 union members of the company.
Speaking at the ceremony, Ms. Trinh Thi Hoa requested the Company's Trade Union to urgently assign specific tasks to the Executive Committee; develop appropriate programs and operating plans; promote propaganda and mobilize employees to participate in trade union organizations.
At the same time, the Company's Trade Union needs to focus on caring for and protecting the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of employees, contributing to building harmonious and stable labor relations in the enterprise.
