Announcing the decision to establish the Sao Mai Quang Ninh Company's grassroots trade union
Quang Ninh - On January 21, the Mao Khe Ward Trade Union organized an announcement of the Decision to establish the Sao Mai Quang Ninh Production and Trading Company's Trade Union.
The program was attended by Mr. To Xuan Thao - Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation; Mr. Duong The Vung - Chairman of the Mao Khe Ward Labor Union, along with representatives of enterprise leaders and union members.
At the ceremony, the Quang Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor announced the Decision of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor on recognizing the Trade Union of Sao Mai Quang Ninh Production and Trading Company Limited, under the Trade Union of Mao Khe Ward from January 9, 2026; and recognizing 31 union members of the company.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor also announced the Decision to recognize the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term, consisting of 3 comrades. Accordingly, Comrade Nguyen Hong Nam was elected to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. To Xuan Thao, Chairman of the Quang Ninh Provincial Labor Federation, congratulated the establishment of the Sao Mai Quang Ninh Production and Trading Company Limited's Trade Union; at the same time, he requested the Executive Committee of the Trade Union to promptly develop regulations and operating programs suitable to the characteristics of the enterprise, focusing on performing well the function of representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of workers.
The establishment of the Sao Mai Quang Ninh Production and Trading Company Limited's Trade Union is of great significance, contributing to enhancing the role of trade unions in enterprises, accompanying workers and employers, and contributing to the socio-economic development of the locality.
On this occasion, the Quang Ninh Provincial Federation of Labor presented 10 gifts for the 2026 Lunar New Year to 10 union members of the company, demonstrating the concern and care of the union organization for workers during the coming of Tet and Spring.
