Cao Bang establishes another grassroots trade union
Cao Bang - The Congress to establish the grassroots Trade Union of the Traditional Medicine - Rehabilitation General Hospital has just been held.
On the afternoon of December 29, the Traditional Medicine - Rehabilitation General Hospital of the province held a Congress to establish the grassroots Trade Union, term I, 2025 - 2030.
Mr. Be Dang Khoa - Vice Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, Chairman of the Cao Bang Provincial Labor Federation attended and directed the congress.
The Traditional Medicine - Rehabilitation General Hospital currently has 139 staff and employees, working in 13 departments and professional departments.
The team of civil servants and workers is stable in ideology, has high professional qualifications, a high sense of responsibility, good compliance with the Party's guidelines, the State's policies and laws and the regulations of the industry; has a legitimate need and aspiration to participate in the trade union organization to care for their lives and protect their legitimate rights and interests.
During the process of mobilizing the establishment of the Trade Union organization, the Mobilization Committee received the attention and close direction of the Provincial Labor Federation; the leadership and facilitation of the Party Committee, the Hospital Board of Directors and the active response of the collective of civil servants and employees.
As a result, 100% of the hospital's staff and employees voluntarily wrote applications to join the Trade Union organization, meeting the prescribed conditions to establish a grassroots Trade Union.
With the spirit of democracy, solidarity and high unity, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Trade Union for the first term, 2025 - 2030, consisting of 5 comrades. Ms. Trieu Thi Kieu, Head of the Planning - Synthesis Department, holds the position of Chairwoman of the grassroots Trade Union, term I, 2025 - 2030.
Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Be Dang Khoa - Chairman of the Provincial Labor Federation acknowledged and commended the sense of responsibility, solidarity and consensus of the collective of hospital officials and workers in establishing the Trade Union organization.
At the same time, it is recommended that grassroots trade unions soon stabilize their organization, develop regulations and activities as soon as possible, and promote their role as representatives, caregivers, and protectors of the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members.
