Cao Bang establishes another grassroots trade union
Cao Bang - The Trade Union of Thao Duong Vinh Cooperative - Cao Bang Transport Joint Stock Company has just been established.
On the afternoon of September 25, the Cao Bang Provincial Federation of Labor (CFF) held a Congress to establish the Trade Union of Thao Duong Vinh Cooperative - Cao Bang Transport Joint Stock Company, term 2025-2030.
Thao Duong Vinh Cooperative currently has 30 employees, specializing in the production and supply of safe agricultural products. Cao Bang Transport Joint Stock Company has 19 employees, operating in the field of automobile maintenance and repair and providing technical services for transport vehicles. Based on the propaganda and guidance from the Mobilization Committee, 45 workers of the two units voluntarily joined the Trade Union organization.
The establishment of grassroots trade unions not only creates conditions for union members to protect their legitimate and legal rights and interests, but also contributes to connecting the collective of workers, accompanying businesses in building harmonious, stable and developing labor relations.
The Congress took place in accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the Vietnam Trade Union, in the spirit of democracy, publicity and transparency. As a result, the delegates elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots trade union consisting of 3 comrades.
On this occasion, the Provincial Federation of Labor presented 10 helmets to 10 union members in difficult circumstances, demonstrating practical concern and encouragement for workers.
