The program is implemented according to the motto of practicality - efficiency - economy - safety, focusing resources on taking care of union members, workers, and laborers, especially those in difficult circumstances, affected by employment and income.
In addition to giving gifts to workers, the program also contributes to creating a joyful and exciting atmosphere, tightening the spirit of solidarity and attachment between workers and enterprises, between trade unions and union members and workers during the traditional New Year of the nation.
According to the plan, key activities include: giving Tet gifts, supporting and giving bus tickets to union members and workers to return home for Tet; organizing the "Welfare for union members" program, coordinating with businesses to provide preferential goods and services, especially essential goods for Tet; organizing cultural, artistic, sports activities, exchanges between employers, union officials and workers; at the same time, honoring and recognizing typical businesses in caring for workers.

The program also integrates rewarding recreational activities such as lucky draws and lucky spots to contribute to creating a warm and affectionate atmosphere for workers in the days before Tet.
Accordingly, the Provincial Federation of Labor will organize the program at Dong Mai Industrial Park on February 4, 2026, with about 700 workers participating; and at Hai Ha Seaport Industrial Park on January 30, 2026, with about 700 workers.
