Through the process of operation with a long tradition of 95 years, under the leadership of the Party, the Vietnam Trade Union has been promoting its role and mission, as an organization representing, caring for, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of workers. reality has proven that no organization other than the trade union deserves to represent and protect the rights of workers.
Identifying distorted arguments that undermine the role of the Trade Union organization
In recent years, reactionary and hostile forces both at home and abroad have been taking full advantage of social networks such as zalo, Facebook, Tiktok, YouTube ... and in-net as well as new forms of media to propagate against the socialist regime in our country. Through social media accounts, some subjects at home and abroad are constantly increasing activities to sabotage the Party, State and socio-political organizations of our country in the fields of economy, culture, democracy, human rights, ethnicity, religion... They take advantage of the publishing, radio, press, TV channels, video clips, reports... mixed with fake news to summon the opinions and "view points" to target the curiosity of many people to spread bad and toxic information with the aim of distorting Ho Chi Minh's ideology, Party policies and guidelines, State policies and laws to sabotage the Party's ideological foundation, sabotage the socialist regime in our country.
In particular, in recent times, hostile forces have distorted our State's policies on labor, employment, social security and undermined the role of the Vietnam Trade Union, specifically:
Firstly, recently, taking advantage of the difficult situation in employment and life of workers and laborers due to the severe impact of the Covid-19 pandemic and the increasing political tensions and armed conflicts in many regions of the world, hostile and reactionary forces have been inciting and luring workers and laborers. They slander and deny the need to ensure jobs and the lives of workers and laborers that the State and localities abandon unemployed workers, without housing, without electricity, and without water in industrial parks... From there, they incite to promote "fighting" activities demanding salary increases and ensuring economic regimes, calling for the establishment of so-called "Vietnam independent trade unions to protect workers' rights", "organizing representatives of workers", "independent trade unions" to eliminate grassroots trade unions, eliminate the role of representing and protecting workers' rights of trade union organizations... In fact, this is a very serious plan, taking advantage of specific cases and situations to distort and distort the image of the Trade Union organization, undermining the role of trade unions in the relationship between the State and the workers.
Second, hostile forces also distort social security policies, especially the work of caring for people's lives, especially during holidays and Tet. Hostile forces have continuously appeared on the internet advertising that domestic workers are in a very difficult situation, the economy is in recession, creating a gloomy scene. Reactive organizations (such as Viet Tan) have also inflated and distorted information about people's difficult lives to distort the management and operation of the country's economy and social security policies of the State and localities.
Third, right after the event of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor (2023 - 2028), hostile forces, reactionaries and bad elements, and political opportunities have issued many accusations distorting and distorting the nature of the Trade Union organization, denying the role of the working class in the new era. They supported the intention to create independent organizations representing workers that were not Vietnam Trade Union organizations, considering them a new organization for workers. They call for the right to protest, strike, and opposing views to undermine political stability, undermine the legitimate role of the organization representing the rights, will, and strength of the working class, the Vietnam Trade Union.
Fourth, recently, many hostile forces and political opportunities have deliberately distorted and distorted the policies and guidelines of the Party and State of Vietnam in coordinating training and sending workers to work abroad. They have advertised "leaving the market for children", not protecting Vietnamese workers abroad, leaving Vietnamese people struggling in other countries without any attention, only caring about the money sent back by the workers...
Ha Nam Industrial Parks Trade Union affirms the role of the Trade Union organization, refuting the distorted arguments of hostile forces
Ha Nam province currently has 8 industrial parks (IPs); the provincial IPs Trade Union has 318 grassroots units with more than 71,600 union members. As an area with a large number of enterprises and workers, with potential complications in labor relations, to stabilize labor relations, the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of the province has proactively grasped the situation of union members and workers; promoted propaganda, dissemination and legal education to help workers realize their rights and responsibilities, know how to protect their legitimate and legal interests in labor relations, avoid social evils, strictly comply with the laws and rules and regulations of enterprises and localities; raise awareness and vigilance of union members against distorted accusations from hostile forces about labor policies and trade union organizations.
The Trade Union of Industrial Parks of the province has directed and guided grassroots trade unions to coordinate with professionals and business leaders to effectively implement the Grassroots Democracy Regulations, enhance dialogue and collective bargaining, promptly resolve workers' concerns and complaints, contributing to stabilizing labor relations and developing production and business at enterprises. The grassroots trade unions have recommended that employers create favorable conditions for over 20,000 workers to participate in on-site learning and training to improve their skills and professional skills.
The emulation movements implemented and launched by the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of the province have many positive changes in quality; created a vibrant competitive atmosphere, arousing a sense of responsibility and creativity among the working class, focusing on the emulation movements "Good workers, creative workers", "Green - clean - beautiful, ensuring occupational safety and hygiene"; promoting initiatives, improving techniques, improving productivity and labor quality, accompanying the development of enterprises. Along with building a strong organization, the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of the province constantly innovates the content and methods of operation, increasingly better performs the function of representing and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members, actively building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations in enterprises.
In particular, Ha Nam province also has many practical policies to ensure jobs, accommodation and the lives of workers in industrial parks. The province is very interested in improving the quality of housing for workers, having suitable housing products, ensuring technical infrastructure conditions, social infrastructure, essential transportation, healthcare, education, and culture of housing construction projects for workers in industrial parks in the province. Up to now, Ha Nam has built a housing area under the trade union institution project with 244 apartments put into use, contributing to helping workers have stable housing, work with peace of mind and produce.
During the 2024 Lunar New Year, the Trade Union of Industrial Parks of the province organized 28 trips to take workers home for Tet in some remote provinces such as Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Tuyen Quang, Phu Tho, Yen Bai, Lao Cai with 812 workers registered to return home. Supported 379 bus tickets for workers in remote provinces over 300 km with a total amount of over 180 million VND. Giving 1,200 gifts to workers in difficult circumstances on the occasion of Tet with a total value of more than 360 million VND.

With many innovative and creative ways, the Trade Union of Ha Nam Industrial Parks has been focusing on effectively implementing all aspects of activities, increasingly taking better care of union members and workers. Thereby, affirming the role and position of the trade union organization as a solid support for union members and workers. In the coming time, to help the working class have a solid ideological stance, raise vigilance to avoid being attracted and agitated by distorted accusations of hostile and reactionary forces aimed at undermining the role and prestige of the Trade Union organization, the Trade Unions at all levels of Ha Nam province will effectively implement the following contents:
First, strengthen propaganda and education for workers and laborers to raise political awareness, class awareness, national pride and self-respect, contributing to building a modern and strong Vietnamese working class; help union members, workers and laborers have a deep and comprehensive awareness of the class, the Party, the socialist regime, the trade union and the historical mission of the working class. Do a good job of managing and educating union members and workers in speaking and using social networks; improve the spirit of self-respect in fighting against erroneous and hostile views; do not need to exploit or disbelieve bad information, propaganda and distorted proposals of hostile forces to undermine the role of the Trade Union organization.
Second, continue to disseminate, thoroughly grasp and effectively implement the resolutions of trade union congresses at all levels, term 2023 - 2028, highlighting the significance and importance of the goals, breakthroughs, and solutions of the 13th Congress of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and the 13th Congress of the Ha Nam Provincial General Confederation of Labor, creating unity in awareness and action, consensus of employers and the whole society.
Third, innovating the method of information and propaganda of trade unions, in addition to implementing visual forms of propaganda, it is necessary to increase the application of information technology in trade union activities at all levels. Electronic information sites and social networking sites of trade unions at all levels need to continue to effectively promote the propaganda to protect the Party's ideological foundation, promptly provide orientational information to union members and workers, thereby helping them clearly identify the nature of erroneous and hostile viewpoints to proactively prevent and fight against them.
Fourth, trade unions at all levels in the province, especially the Trade Union of Industrial Parks in the province, need to constantly innovate content and form to attract union members and workers. Strengthen activities to support, care for, and protect the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers. Combining the organization of emulation movements for production labor, cultural - artistic, physical education - sports activities, honoring typical examples of progress in labor and production to spread good models and creative ways of working of workers, civil servants and employees in all areas of social life, creating a wide spread, encouraging union members and employees to actively compete and be creative in production labor, contributing to building units and enterprises to develop more and more.
