Donating disaster prevention and control equipment to schools in Nghe An
Nghe An - The donation of disaster prevention and control equipment to schools aims to help ensure safety for teachers and students.
On May 4, representatives of Vietnam Beverage Co., Ltd. had a working session with the Nghe An Provincial Red Cross Society on the program to donate disaster prevention and control equipment and first aid equipment to schools in the province.
At the working session, the enterprise awarded signs of support for tools and equipment serving initial first aid with a total value of over 122.6 million VND. These are practical items, helping schools improve their ability to handle emergency situations in the school environment.

Within the framework of the program, the working delegation directly surveyed Trung Phuc Cuong 1 Primary School (Thien Nhan commune), learned about facilities conditions and actual needs; and presented equipment to serve disaster prevention and control.
The program donated 6 type C first aid kits; 24 life jackets; 20 pairs of rain boots; 20 sets of super light rain clothes; 20 IPX4 standard waterproof flashlights with a brightness of over 200 lumens; 4 plastic life buoys and 2 stretchers for 4 school sites, including: Luu Kien Primary School and Luu Kien Kindergarten (Tuong Duong commune); Trung Phuc Cuong 1 Primary School (Thien Nhan commune); Dang Thai Mai Primary School (Bich Hao commune), Nghe An province.
Speaking at the working session, Ms. Nguyen Luong Hong - Chairwoman of the Nghe An Provincial Red Cross Society - expressed her gratitude to Vietnam Beverage Co., Ltd. for providing practical support to students in key disaster areas. At the same time, she said that in the coming time, the Association will continue to coordinate with businesses to implement activities to improve the capacity to prevent, respond to and mitigate disaster risks for teachers and students.
