On July 4, news from Bac Cam Ranh Ward Police said that they had supported 3 Russian nationals to find their passports, air tickets and some personal papers that were lost during their stay at The Arena Resort.
According to initial information, on July 3, Bac Cam Ranh Ward Police received a report from the security department of The Arena Resort about 3 tourists losing their passports, air tickets and some personal papers.
Immediately after receiving the information, the police force sent officers to the scene, coordinated with the resort security department to verify and review areas suspected of dropping papers.
The police agency also extracted security camera footage and guided tourists to prepare necessary procedures in case they could not find papers.
After a coordinated search process, all passports, air tickets and lost papers were found, returned to 3 tourists, helping them continue their schedule and carry out exit procedures according to plan.
