Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front sends a message of condolences to the Chairman of the Chinese National Political Consultative Conference

Upon receiving the news that on August 26, 2026, in the Gyirong border gate area, Gyirong district, Singatse city, Tibetan Autonomous Region (China), a landslide occurred causing serious consequences for people and property, on behalf of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front and on my personal behalf, I would like to send to Comrade and through Comrade to the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (China National Political Consultative Conference) and the families of the victims and people in the affected areas my sincere regards and deepest condolences.

With the tradition of attachment and good friendship between the two countries "both comrades and brothers" and the traditional and close cooperative relationship between the Vietnam Fatherland Front and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the Vietnamese people always sympathize and deeply share the difficulties and losses that the brotherly Chinese people are experiencing.

I believe that under the wise leadership of General Secretary and President of China Xi Jinping, the timely and effective direction and administration of the Chinese Government, along with the joint efforts and consensus of the people and the active participation of the National People's Congress of China, people in disaster-stricken areas will soon overcome difficulties, overcome the consequences, stabilize their lives and gradually restore production.
