Nghia Lo Labor Union joins hands to support a volunteer group in distress
Lao Cai - Nghia Lo Trade Union has just coordinated with Son Thinh Market Trade Union to provide support to a volunteer group that unfortunately had an accident in Phinh Ho commune.
As reported by Lao Dong Newspaper, on the morning of December 27, 2025, a volunteer group of 18 people (all drivers) took a passenger car with license plate 29B-624.06 from Hanoi to the Ta Ghenh village school in Hoa Mi Kindergarten, Phinh Ho commune, Lao Cai province.
At around 7:40 a.m., at km35 of the road connecting National Highway 32 with Provincial Road 174 (in Mu Thap village, Phinh Ho commune), an accident occurred.
The incident killed 9 people and injured 8 others.
Faced with the great losses of the victims and their families, the Nghia Lo Ward Union and benefactors promptly shared and encouraged both materially and spiritually.
In this support period, 8 patients being treated at Viet Duc Hospital and Bach Mai Hospital (Hanoi) were given 2 million VND, from the budget of the Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union and the contribution of union members.
Ms. Vuong Thi Anh - Nghia Lo Ward Trade Union said: "We hope to contribute a small part to encourage the spirit and help the victims overcome difficulties soon. This is also the responsibility and affection of the trade union organization and union members towards the community.
Timely support activities demonstrate the spirit of mutual love and social responsibility of the trade union organization, contributing to spreading affection and adding determination for the victims to soon stabilize their health and life.
