Strive to achieve and exceed the targets assigned by the Hanoi City Labor Federation annually

Son Tay Ward Trade Union was established on September 9, 2025, directly managing 104 grassroots trade unions with 7,595 union members out of a total of 8,342 workers, civil servants and laborers. On October 21, Son Tay Ward Trade Union held its first Congress for the 2025 - 2030 term.

Immediately after its establishment, the Ward Trade Union Executive Committee quickly improved its organization, built operating regulations, and established an information connection channel between the grassroots Trade Union and the Ward Trade Union, creating a solid foundation for Trade Union activities in the new period.

The report at the Congress showed that in the past term, the Trade Union signed 89 collective labor agreements, organized 63 Workers' conferences and 62 dialogues at the workplace, contributing to building harmonious, stable and progressive labor relations.

The patriotic emulation movement was promoted with 2,915 initiatives, 1,620 grassroots-level good workers and 4 city-level good workers, bringing a profit of more than 6 billion VND.
