Mr. Duong Viet Trung becomes Chairman of the Trade Union of Tai Kim Anh Company

During the term, the Company's Trade Union achieved and exceeded the set targets. The employment situation and life of union members and workers are stable and increasingly improved.

The grassroots trade union participated in proposing to the Board of Directors to implement the annual salary increase plan for cadres and employees; coordinate with the Company to provide subsidies for difficulties, illnesses, accidents, and childcare... for more than 181 visits, with a total amount of 87.2 million VND; directly manage, supervise and ensure the quality of mid-shift meals for employees; organize gift giving on holidays and Tet for union members, employees and children.

In addition, the company's Trade Union also carried out many volunteer activities, contributing to social security such as visiting and giving gifts to the Social Protection Center of Soc Trang province and poor households in Hau Thanh commune worth 72 million VND; Supporting people affected by natural disasters and floods in 2024 with nearly 44.2 million VND and storm No. 10 (Bualoi) in 2025 with nearly 24 million VND.

With the above outstanding results, at the congress, Vice President of the Can Tho City Labor Federation (CLF) Tran Tu Nhien - acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the Executive Committee of the Trade Union and the employees at Tai Kim Anh Seafood Processing Joint Stock Company.

Entering the new term, the Vice President of the City Labor Federation suggested that the grassroots trade unions need to focus on performing well their role in developing and supervising the implementation of Internal Spending Regulations, Grassroots Democracy Regulations, policies related to employment, wages, allowances, and benefits; propose solutions to improve working conditions, increase income and reduce pressure on employees; focus on launching and effectively maintaining emulation and creativity movements to improve product quality and the reputation of businesses...
