Lam Dong Labor Federation and Can Tho City coordinate to care for workers
Lam Dong - Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation and Can Tho City Labor Federation signed a coordination program for the period 2026 - 2031 to care for union members and workers.
The Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) of Can Tho City and the LĐLĐ of Lam Dong province have just held a signing ceremony for the Coordination Program for the period 2026 - 2031.

Attending the signing ceremony were Mr. Nguyen Phu Hoang - Chairman of Lam Dong Provincial Labor Federation and Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai - Chairman of Can Tho City Labor Federation.
According to the signed content, the two units will strengthen information exchange about the situation of union members and workers in the two localities; share experiences in dialogue, negotiation, signing collective labor agreements; resolving labor disputes, strikes, collective work stoppages and building a team of trade union officials.

Labor Federations of 2 localities also coordinate to propagate about the historical, cultural, and tourism traditions of each locality; connect grassroots trade unions to exchange, learn experiences and support each other in trade union activities.

In addition, the Labor Federations of the two localities agreed to coordinate in organizing social security activities, caring for policy families, union members and workers in difficult circumstances on occasions such as Workers' Month, Vietnam Trade Union Anniversary, President Ho Chi Minh's birthday and Lunar New Year.
Annually, the Standing Committees of the Labor Federations of the two localities will develop specific plans, alternately organize preliminary reviews, evaluate implementation results and propose coordination contents in the coming time.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Ms. Le Thi Suong Mai - Chairwoman of the Can Tho City Labor Federation said that the cooperation program is an important milestone, showing the spirit of responsibility and determination to accompany the trade union organizations of the two localities in caring for union members and workers.
