Lai Chau trains trade union finance work for more than 80 people
Lai Chau - The Provincial Labor Federation (LĐLĐ) has just organized a professional training conference on trade union financial work for more than 80 people.
On the morning of May 27, Lai Chau Provincial Labor Federation organized a training conference on trade union finance work in 2026 for more than 80 delegates who are account holders and accountants of grassroots trade unions (CĐCS) directly under the Provincial Labor Federation.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, Ms. Lo Thi Hang - Vice President of the Provincial Labor Federation emphasized that trade union financial work is the core condition to ensure that the trade union organization operates effectively and performs well the function of caring for and protecting the rights of workers.
The organization of training aims to promptly update new regulations, improve management capacity and tighten discipline in collection, expenditure, and management of trade union financial budgets at the grassroots level.
At the training class, trainees were taught core, easy-to-understand knowledge, associated with real-life situations so that trainees could easily absorb and apply it to the unit's practice.
Updating the latest documents and guidelines of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor on financial work, guiding the development of estimates and finalization of trade union budgets publicly and transparently. Standardizing the process of data entry and using grassroots trade union accounting software.
The conference also spent most of its time discussing and specifically answering the difficulties and practical obstacles that grassroots trade union accountants often encounter in the process of implementing revenue and expenditure documents and finalization.
