The 12th Congress of the Trade Union of Cam Pha Port and Logistics Company, term 2025-2030

The congress was attended by Mr. Nguyen Trung Hieu - Vice President of the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Group (TKV); Mr. Tran Van Quang - Party Secretary, Director of the company and 141 delegates representing more than 1,400 union members.

In the 2023-2025 period, the company's Trade Union has accompanied the professional team, effectively implemented emulation movements, ensured jobs and improved the lives of workers.

Average income reaches 14.6 - 15.8 million VND/person/month, average labor productivity is expected to be 55,299 tons/person/year, reaching 139% of the average period of 2018-2022.

The company's trade union admitted 123 new union members, introduced 54 outstanding union members to join the Party, implemented 71 union projects and more than 170 initiatives that were recognized, of which 9 union members were awarded the "Creative Labor" certificate by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

Speaking at the congress, Mr. Nguyen Trung Hieu - Vice Chairman of TKV Trade Union, praised the achievements of the company's Trade Union in the past term; suggested that the company's Trade Union continue to focus on caring for union members' welfare, innovating methods of operation, building a strong organization.

The Congress elected the 12th Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union, consisting of 11 comrades. Mr. Pham Van Nghia will continue to hold the position of Chairman of the Company's Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term.
