The 11th Vinacomin Inspection Joint Stock Company Trade Union Congress was a great success

The congress was attended by Mr. Le Thanh Xuan - Member of the Presidium of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, Chairman of the Vietnam Coal and Mineral Industries Group (TKV) and Company leaders, along with 85 official delegates.

In the period of 2023 - 2025, the Qua Control Trade Union has closely followed the direction of the Party Committee and the higher-level Trade Union, coordinating with the professional team to maintain stable production and business activities, taking care of workers' lives.

Income, social insurance, health insurance, toxic allowances, shift meals, sightseeing, and vacations are guaranteed. occupational safety and health work is maintained, preventing work accidents or serious incidents.

Speaking at the Congress, Mr. Le Thanh Xuan - Chairman of TKV Trade Union - assessed Qua Control Trade Union as one of the units with good discipline and performance in the system. Request the Company's Trade Union to continue to focus on labor safety, build a mining culture and become a reliable support for union members and workers.

The Congress agreed on the goal for the 2025-2030 term of building a "Digital Trade Union" model. In particular, the Union will promote the application of artificial intelligence in policy consultation, digitalization of professional processes and data management of union members to improve professionalism and modernity.

With a democratic and responsible spirit, the Congress elected the Executive Committee of the Company's Trade Union, term XI, consisting of 9 comrades.
