Yen Bai Ward Trade Union accompanies businesses in sustainable development
Lao Cai - Not only is it a support for workers, the Yen Bai Ward Trade Union is actively accompanying businesses through dialogue and collective negotiation.
On June 26, information from the Yen Bai Ward Trade Union, the unit is coordinating with the Yen Bai Regional Business Association to organize forums "Accompanying businesses and cooperatives in 2026".
Through this, to support the business community and cooperatives to update new legal regulations and remove difficulties in production and business activities.
At the forum, delegates were disseminated many important contents related to the 2026 tax policy, new points of the Law on Social Insurance, regulations on labor contracts and common violations in the process of implementing labor policy and social insurance.
Mr. Tran Quoc Toan - Chairman of Yen Bai Ward Trade Union shared that in the coming time, the trade union will continue to accompany businesses in implementing grassroots democracy regulations, promoting dialogue and collective bargaining.
In addition, the trade union organization continues to promote its role as a bridge between workers and businesses, promptly grasping the thoughts and aspirations of workers, contributing to solving problems arising right from the grassroots level, and limiting labor disputes.
