Lao Cai Ward Trade Union organizes Pickleball tournament to celebrate its founding anniversary

On June 22, Lao Cai Ward Trade Union said that the unit will coordinate with the Ward People's Committee to organize the 2026 Pickleball Tournament on June 27-28.

The tournament is organized to celebrate the 1st anniversary of the establishment of Lao Cai ward (July 1, 2025 - July 1, 2026) and towards the 97th anniversary of the establishment of the Vietnam Trade Union (July 28, 1929 - July 28, 2026).

According to the Organizing Committee, the tournament gathers officials, civil servants, public employees, union members, and workers from professional departments and divisions; agencies, units, businesses, schools, and people in residential areas in the ward to compete.

Through the tournament, the Organizing Committee expects to create a healthy and useful playground, encourage the movement of physical exercise, contribute to improving spiritual life, spreading a positive lifestyle and health training among officials, union members, workers and people.

This is also a practical activity in response to the campaign "All people practice physical exercise following the example of the great Uncle Ho", while strengthening exchanges and connections between agencies, units, businesses and residential areas in the area, contributing to building an increasingly rich cultural and spiritual life.
