Ward trade unions apply digital transformation of documents to support the establishment of grassroots trade unions
HCMC - Phu Dinh Ward Trade Union applies "Solutions on digitizing records and shortening the time to support businesses to establish grassroots trade unions".
On October 25, Mr. Tran Van Thang - Chairman of the Phu Dinh Ward Trade Union, Ho Chi Minh City - said that the Phu Dinh Ward Trade Union had just held a ceremony to announce the decision to establish the grassroots trade union of C.A.P Trading and Service Company Limited in the ward.
According to Mr. Thang, the mobilization and establishment of the Trade Union of C.A.P Trading and Service Company Limited is the result of administrative reform, applying the model "Solutions on digitizing records and shortening the time to support businesses to establish grassroots trade unions".
With this model, Phu Dinh Ward Trade Union proactively supports to simplify the process, businesses only need to provide basic information, ward trade unions will use expertise and technology to complete all forms in accordance with regulations.
On this occasion, Phu Dinh Ward Union took care of union members in the ward with 10 gifts including necessities (worth VND300,000/gift) for union members at C.A.P Trading and Service Company Limited and Anh Duong Kindergarten in the ward.
