Dong Anh Commune Trade Union strives to mobilize the establishment of 3 or more new grassroots trade unions each year

The first congress, term 2025-2030 of the Dong Anh Commune Trade Union, had the participation of 125 official delegates representing 1,768 union members from grassroots trade unions in the three communes of Dong Anh, Thien Loc, and Vinh Thanh.

For the 2025 - 2030 term, the Commune Trade Union sets the goal of: Innovation in the content and methods of Trade Union activities, good performance of the function of caring for the lives, representing, and protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of union members and workers.

Innovation and improving the effectiveness of gathering and mobilizing union members and workers to join the Trade Union organization. Building a team of professional Trade Union cadres with sufficient qualities, capacity and digital transformation applications to meet the requirements of tasks in the new situation contributes to building a strong Party, government and Trade Union organization, a reliable support for workers.

The goals of the 2025-2030 term include: Every year, strive to mobilize the establishment of 3 or more grassroots trade unions. More than 90% of union members and workers in the commune are propagandized, disseminated, studied, and thoroughly grasped the Party's guidelines and Resolutions, and the State's laws and policies related to labor and trade unions.

In the 3 communes, at least 85% of enterprises and units with trade unions negotiate and sign collective labor agreements according to the provisions of law. 100% of union members in difficult circumstances in the 3 communes are cared for and protected by unions at all levels when requested.
