Thanh Cong Company's Trade Union focuses on the lives of workers

On the afternoon of November 29, Thanh Cong Trading Joint Stock Company held the 5th grassroots trade union congress, term 20252030, focusing on continuing to care for, protect the rights of workers and build a strong trade union organization.

The Congress was attended by leaders of Bao Thang Commune Trade Union, representatives of the company's leaders, and about 100 union members.

The Congress listened to the political report for the 2025-2028 term, evaluating the results achieved in caring for the lives, launching emulation movements and improving the professional quality of the workforce.

According to the report, the Trade Union of Thanh Cong Trading Joint Stock Company has implemented many practical activities such as supporting union members in difficult circumstances, organizing union meals, and the "Tet Sum Vay" program to improve spiritual life.

The unit also focuses on developing union members, fostering Party affection and actively participating in Party building work at enterprises.

In his speech, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Chairman of Bao Thang Commune Trade Union - acknowledged the efforts of the company's Trade Union in the past term, and at the same time suggested that the unit continue to innovate the content of activities, promote its representative role, and be a reliable support for workers.

The Congress elected the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union for the 2025-2030 term. Mr. Dinh Cong Binh is elected to hold the position of Chairman of the grassroots Trade Union.
