Grassroots trade union in Da Nang organizes 2026 Employee delegate conference
Da Nang - The Trade Union of Da Nang Irrigation Exploitation One Member Limited Liability Company organizes the 2026 Employee Delegation Conference.
News from the Trade Union of Cam Le ward, Da Nang city on July 11 said: The Trade Union of Da Nang Irrigation Exploitation One Member Limited Liability Company (under the Trade Union of Cam Le ward) coordinated with the unit's leaders to successfully organize the 2026 Workers' Delegation Conference.
At the conference, delegates exchanged and discussed many contents directly related to the rights, obligations and working conditions of workers.
Accordingly, the contents agreed upon by the conference included: Labor recruitment in the context of the newly merged company; implementation of regimes and policies for employees; production, management, exploitation, and protection of irrigation works; equipment of facilities and working conditions; construction and completion of internal regulations at the company.
Also at the conference, company leaders and the Executive Committee of the grassroots Trade Union coordinated to launch patriotic emulation movements, encouraging the spirit of innovation, creativity and raising the sense of responsibility of each official, employee and laborer in completing assigned tasks.
It is known that previously, implementing Plan No. 1422/KH-CT dated June 15, 2026 of Da Nang Irrigation Company on organizing the 2026 Employee Conference; irrigation clusters, offices of branches, functional departments of the company, branches and the Company Office have organized the 2026 Employee Conference according to the set plan.
The successful organization of the 2026 Workers' Delegation Conference continues to affirm the effective coordination role between Trade Unions and professionals in implementing grassroots democracy regulations, ensuring the legitimate and lawful rights and interests of workers.
